We are pleased to offer you an exclusive tasting in collaboration with Pierre Colin, pastry chef and chocolatier. in Chinon. Together, we imagined and worked on each pairing to reveal the full richness of the aromas and to create harmonious harmonies between our wines and his chocolate creations.

During this self-guided tasting, you will discover 7 wines from Domaine Pierre & Bertrand Couly, accompanied by 7 chocolates and gourmet treats specially selected to enhance each vintage. Each pairing tells a story, where the flavors respond to, complement, and reveal each other.

Gourmet Tasting – Children

Even the youngest guests can enjoy a delicious treat with a tasting featuring three chocolates from Pierre Colin, accompanied by two grape juices from Domaine Pierre & Bertrand Couly and one syrup. This fun and indulgent experience will allow them to discover delightful pairings between chocolates and the estate's beverages.
